Fanen AI provides artificial intelligence services for generating images and videos. By using our Service, you understand and agree that:

• ✓You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.
• ✓Generated content should not be used for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. By purchasing credits or subscribing to our plans:

However, you may not use generated content to infringe upon the rights of others or in ways that violate applicable laws.

Fanen AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
